Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to all products/services provided by FrozenCrate, LLC, a Texas company. Using any of our products means you have read, accept, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the spirit of these Terms. If you do not agree with or do not wish to accept these terms, do not use our products.

Updates to Terms

From time to time, we may update these Terms. Updates take effect immediately, and all future interactions with our products constitute your agreement with such updates.

Product Licenses

Some of our products may be used free of charge, and others may require the purchase of a license to operate. In the latter case, we may provide a demo/trial version for you to test and evaluate the product with your particular system configuration before making a purchasing decision. If we do not provide a demo, carefully review the product description and associated resources so that you fully understand the product's features and requirements. You agree not to circumvent any demo restrictions or otherwise avoid/prevent the purchase of a license.

Purchasing a product license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the associated product. This also ends any demo limitations, if any. A single license grants a single "seat" of non-simultaneous usage. Examples: 1) A single person can use the product on multiple devices, though not at the same time; 2) Multiple people can use the product on a single device, though not at the same time.

You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, resell, or redistribute our products or product licenses.

Product Updates

We may update our products from time to time. This may involve adding/remove features, functionality, requirements/compatibility, etc. You are not forced to update. In general, minor releases will not involve changes to compatible system requirements. However, you are responsible for maintaining your system configuration to remain compatible with our products.

Minor releases ("point releases") are provided free of charge, and major releases (1.x, 2.x, etc) may or may not be free; if they are not free, upgrade discounts may be available.

Intellectual Property

You may not disassemble or reverse engineer our products with the intent of creating derivative works, competitive products, uncovering trade secrets and techniques, circumventing restrictions, etc.

However, you may contact us if you wish to modify our product for personal purposes.

Warranties and Liability

We make no warranties with respect to our products, including all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness. In no event shall we be liable for any special, direct, indirect, or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tortious action, arising out of, or in connection with, the use or performance of our products.
